Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Book A Car INC . by phone at +1-860-847-3313 of any cancellations.
Cancellations must be made :
- A minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or before a vehicle has been dispatched for all sedan and SUV one-way transfers
- We require 72 hours prior notice for all Van, Bus, and Specialty vehicles for one-way transfers, hourly charters, and special events.
If Book A Car INC is not notified of cancellation according to these terms, the reservation is considered a Late Cancellation or No-Show. Thus the full charge will be billed, including Suggested Gratuities.
Refund policy
Our aim is to deliver top niche services to our clients. If clients aren’t satisfied according to the circumstances, we ensure to give a refund of 100%, and it will take about 7-10 business days. You are entitled to a 100% refund on your booking, with no cancellation fees, for cancellations made before specified hours for particular vehicles prior to your pick-up departure time..
